Shanghai had a low Monday as it collected around 1.75 crore nett on Monday. The drop from Friday is less than 50% but collections are too low for a film released on nearly 1000 screens.
The Delhi/UP circuit held up best collecting nearly 45 lakhs compared to 72 lakhs on Friday. Although UP is not collecting well and very poor, Delhi city is doing the best business for the film. The film should collect around 18 crore nett over the week but ideally that should have been the weekend collection.
The film is a disaster in places where Emraan Hashmi films normally do well like Maharashtra, CP Berar and Nizam. In CP Berar the film fetched nearly 1 crore for its distribution rights and the share may just hit 50 lakhs.
